Introduction
RDM Content House is a photo and video studio for models, creators and fitness athletes, including fine art and adult content for verified adults 18 and older. We understand that in this industry, your privacy is your most valuable asset. This policy outlines our commitment to the absolute protection of your data and your image.

1. Data & Content Security
All raw and edited files are stored on encrypted, offline servers. We do not use third-party cloud storage for explicit content. Your personal information (Legal Name, Phone, Social Media handles) is never sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes without a signed Release Agreement.

2. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Compliance
RDM Content House is fully compliant with Federal Record-Keeping Requirements.

• Verification: All models must provide a valid government-issued photo ID prior to any production involving sexually explicit content to verify age (18+).

• Records: Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, the required records regarding all models/performers are maintained by the Custodian of Records at our primary place of business in Titusville, Florida.

3. Non-Disclosure & Discretion
Our studio is a private environment. We operate by appointment only. We do not tag models in explicit content on our public social media unless requested by the model for branding purposes.

4. Model Rights
You retain the right to request the deletion of your personal data from our internal CRM at any time, subject to Federal 2257 record-keeping retention laws.
